Cascadia Food Truck is a locally owned and operated Cascadia franchise bringing premium, wood-fired pizza to neighborhoods and community events across North Dallas, including Denton and Collin counties.
Operated by a local ownership group, our Cascadia food truck is rooted in the brand’s commitment to quality, consistency, and great guest experiences, with a strong focus on serving the local community. We love partnering with neighborhoods and organizations to help bring people together over great food.
We’re excited to begin serving the community in March 2026 and are currently booking:
